For every female CEO, there are 99 male CEOs. That’s not because there are more men than women in the world and it’s not because one gender is better at leading than another. The simple fact is that, the higher up you go in most companies, the less women you’ll find.
Signe was created by women, for women. We connect up-and-coming leaders with experienced mentors to share ideas and guidance, and build trusted relationships for the long term. We believe that providing the resources and mentorship opportunities can power women on their path to leadership positions.
